popup are really web page killer !!

If Popups are the web page killer what are pop-unders. These are slightly different are they less insidious in your opinion.

They’re equally evil, sometimes even more than popups.
Popups are right there and easily closed, but popunders return the windows focus to the parent window and hide from view. If you’re busy filling out a form and a popunder occurs, it could mess up what you’re typing.
